A client pays fees to Highview Wealth (directly or indirectly) in one or more of three basic ways:
1. A fixed hourly, investment advisory fee of $250 per hour
2. “Fee-only” compensation as a percentage of “assets under management” (AUM) at Virtue Capital Management, which fees differ among various types of management models
3. A commission fee from the purchase of insurance and/or annuity policies through Shoreview LLC
There is generally no overlap or double-billing, that is, commission fees will usually be credited towards any hourly advisory fees accrued. On the other hand, if no commission fees are paid, then hourly fees will be payable for investment advice received.
An Investment Adviser Representative may NOT rebate or reduce commissions on insurance company products. Also, an Investment Adviser Representative may NOT guarantee performance or waive fees in case of underperformance of investments. Highview Wealth does NOT earn a fee or commission based on performance.
All fees earned or expected to be earned are disclosed to a client.
Potential conflicts of interest are disclosed to clients.
